The services the lab offers include the regeneration of mental and physical health. It varies from psychological evaluations, counseling hours, but also physical activities such sports and nature. Short or long-term mentorship is an effective way to disseminate information between two or more people. Mentorship is particularly effective in transferring ideas about psychological wellness from the expert to the individual who needs to improve it. We offer guided experience when there is a hands-on element required for certain functions and activities. Our trainers with first-hand knowledge works to share and show it to the individual who is learning the function.

Our trainers possess critical knowledge about health care, ready to share it with others. In order to achieve the outcomes, it’s important to set clear goals for the wellness knowledge transfer plan from the outset. These goals will help guide the process and avoid any duplication and frustration that could send the plan off course. It’s about creating a proactive plan for sharing knowledge about wellness in order to build a more collaborative, aligned and informed workforce.

  • In what areas or positions do you face the most potential wellness loss? Who are the key people that possess this knowledge?
  • How much health care needs to be captured? What information is critical and what can be learned in other ways?
  • How will critical wellness be captured and transferred to those who need it? Develop a plan of action based on the goals identified above.

When it comes to health care and wellness, we often hear about two kinds of information: tacit and explicit. Both types of knowledge information are involved in wellness knowledge transfer plans, so let’s break down what each type means:

Explicit knowledge is knowledge that is easily shared and transferred through writing or speaking. It is information that can easily be picked up from talking to someone, reading a book, or looking something up online.

Tacit knowledge is knowledge that is hard to transfer or pass along through writing or verbalization. It is developed through a person’s experiences, observations, and insights, and it requires shared activities to transfer or impart that knowledge.

While both types of knowledge play a role in wellness preparation, the most important (and difficult!) type to capture is tacit knowledge, because it requires more effort and interaction to acquire.

Communities of practice cut across traditional organizational boundaries and include people who do not share the same job function but overlap in a particular area of interest. These collaborative learning groups allow individuals to share knowledge over a longer period and exchange information with one another about the own health care. Traditionally, these groups met in person, but now many communities of practice have migrated to digital platforms, like social media platforms. That’s why we are offering the possibility of meeting in person and both meeting virtually, in consideration also of the period of Coronavirus.

ACADEMY

We need to transfer knowledge of wellness and healthcare to a larger group of people, designing a useful, more efficient and standardized approach. Wellness and healthcare remove traditional communication barriers and creates an on-demand resource for people to access at their moment of need. Over time, healthcare courses will build a knowledge bank for your wellness to be used every time of need.
For skills that benefit from a face-to-face approach, instructors allow to reach many individuals at once without sacrificing the human element.

Our participants are the most important stakeholders. They’re bringing unique opinions, perspectives, and strengths into the workplace. This means it’s incredibly important that we give them the support they need to grow and thrive. But often, all responsibility for learning falls on the learner. They’re required to intake information, understand the different applications for it, then apply that information within the context of their duty. This type of learning ignores who the learners are and what they already know, leading to wasted time and mental energy. To prevent this, we need to find out who our learners are, what problems they’re trying to solve, and how we can make their lives easier through wellness and health caring. We need to get to know our learners like they’re our closest friends.

Part of this job are different workshops about how to cope with mental health issues and how to solve them. Periodically, different workshops are offered, mostly in English and in Albanian.

Clinical workshops are part of our program, using the different quantitative questionnaires in order to examine the psychological constructs.

We offer high-quality training and consultancy services to develop human resources and to improve the psychological wellness.

Following the long and productive collaboration with Barleti University, several courses and workshops are offered by Barleti University. Furthermore, Barleti University shares different spaces to help our participants having a better and suitable physical staying during the mental health training sessions.

We are focus in predicting a projects life cycle, by defining its specifics at the start of the project, and we carefully address any alterations to projects scope.

Consulting is more than giving advice. What is offered by our lab is a management consulting that includes a broad range of activities. One way to categorize the activities is in terms of the professional’s area of expertise (such as competitive analysis, corporate strategy, operations management, or human resources). Another approach is to view the process as a sequence of phases—entry, contracting, diagnosis, data collection, feedback, implementation, and so on.

Perhaps a more useful way of analyzing the process of consultancy is to consider its purposes; clarity about goals certainly influences an engagement’s success. Here are consulting’s several fundamental objectives that lead to an improvement of healthcare:

  1. Providing information to the participant.
  2. Managing the participant’s issues.
  3. Making a diagnosis, which may necessitate redefinition of the problem.
  4. Making recommendations based on the diagnosis.
  5. Assisting with implementation of recommended solutions.
  6. Building a consensus and commitment around corrective action.
  7. Facilitating participant’s learning—that is, teaching to the people how to resolve similar problems in the future.
  8. Permanently improving health care effectiveness.

Several studies written by our experts stand on the grounds of the lab. It includes studies about the effective measurement of the psychological interventions on depression, anxiety and somatization, studies about the association of social capital and mental health and depressive symptoms, lifespan memory, metacognitive style, attachment dimension and risk for alcohol abuse in adolescents, the attachment and its role in medical care, etc.

Perhaps the most common reason for seeking assistance is to obtain information. Compiling it may involve attitude surveys, cost studies, feasibility studies, or analyses of the competitive structure of an individual personality. The lab offers consultant’s special expertise or the more accurate, up-to-date information the participant can ask.

There are several activities planned to be realized on the next months. Health promotion is a planned activity. The program begins with the assessment of quality of life and health problems, changes in which should be the proposed outcomes of a health promotion intervention. It then guides the planner to assess the behavioral and environmental causes. In the behavioral assessment typically, one asks what the individuals at risk are doing that increases their risk of the health problem. In the environmental assessment we ask what factors in the environment are related to the health problem directly or to its behavioral causes.

The several versions of activities in wellness and healthcare concentrate on goal-oriented activity as a crucial part of human behavior. Goal orientation does not mean strictly planned activity, but an opportunistically organized one, which accomplishes anticipated and desired results. Health caring  describe activities and actions in terms of phases or stages  in order to improve levels of control about proper mental health. Health caring is accomplished by patterns of suggestions, which may be easily translated into actions. The central parameter of life-cycle wellness is the self-set (or interiorized) goal, which integrates the anticipation of the desired result and the intention to accomplish it by own effort.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
About this course is the study of psychological disorders and the treatments designed to improve the day-to-day lives of people suffering from them. The focus of the course will be on common psychological disorders, such as schizophrenia, and the symptoms of each.

CLINICAL HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY AND WELLBEING
The course is a professionally recognized specialty that promotes health and well-being and offer lectures how to prevent, treat and manage illness and disability.

SOCIAL COMMUNICATION
Social communication course is the understanding, reading and processing of non-verbal cues. It also involves inferring meaning from many different social scenarios. This course can also help with things like communication, organization, creativity, and useful interaction.

DYNAMICS OF GROUPS
This course will build on leadership in recreation through a variety of applied experiences leading groups and teams. Students will identify issues in groups dynamics, growth in human relations and how to describe their own intrapersonal reactions within the context of the group.

PSYCHOLOGY OF SPORT
This course surveys the major subdisciplines of the field, including such topics as the brain and neuroscience, cognitive and social development, consciousness, emotions, motivation, and social identity.

PERSONALITY THEORIES
This course will introduce the major theories of personality, which attempt to explain behavior across the full range of life situations. The course describes the development of these theories and the concepts used in each theory to explain behavior.
